One-on-one support for personal change, self-trust and deeper integration.
You can understand yourself incredibly well and still find yourself repeating the same patterns, questioning what you know or struggling to make the changes you know you are ready for.
The Spiritual Reset Journey gives us space to understand what is happening beneath the surface and work with what is actually keeping you there. Depending on what emerges, we may work with subconscious beliefs and patterns, intuition, identity, relationships, spiritual experiences, your gifts or the way you are responding to what is happening in your life now.
There are three containers depending on the depth of support you need: The Spiritual Reset, The Integration and The Embodiment.
This work isn't about endlessly analysing yourself. It is about creating change you can actually live.

Galactic Akashic Records & Starseeds
Explore your soul history, star connections and multidimensional nature.There are parts of who you are that may not make complete sense when viewed through the lens of this lifetime alone.
Through the Galactic Akashic Records, we can explore past and parallel lives, star connections, soul history, gifts, patterns and multidimensional experiences, along with how those experiences may be influencing the person you are today.
You don't need to identify as a starseed or arrive knowing exactly what you want to find. Bring your questions, experiences and curiosity, and we allow your Records to show us where to look.
The purpose isn't simply to discover an interesting story about another lifetime or somewhere beyond Earth. It is to understand what that information means for you now.

There is a big difference between hearing about consciousness and experiencing it directly. My workshops, courses and experiential evenings are designed to give you the knowledge and tools to explore your own consciousness, develop your abilities and discover what you experience for yourself.
I offer workshops and training in Akashic Records, Theta Healing, Astral Travel and Diamond Light Numerology, alongside other explorations of intuitive and multidimensional consciousness.
Consciousness Explorers is a weekly guided experience where we journey beyond ordinary physical perception and explore different places, states and aspects of consciousness.
From remote viewing and galactic exploration to the Akashic Records, ancient civilisations and multidimensional consciousness, each week takes us somewhere different. You don't need previous experience, and you don't need to take my word for what is possible.

Meet Talia
Consciousness Mentor
My own exploration of consciousness began with wanting to understand more: more about healing, intuition, our multidimensional nature and the experiences that don't always fit neatly within what we've been taught about ourselves or reality.
Over the years, that exploration has taken me through Theta Healing, the Akashic Records, astral and multidimensional consciousness, intuitive development, energy work and Diamond Light Numerology. It has also taught me that having an extraordinary experience or receiving an incredible insight means very little if we don't know what to do with it afterwards.
That is why my work sits between exploration and integration.
I work with women creating meaningful change in their lives, people exploring their spiritual and multidimensional nature, and students developing their own ability to access and understand consciousness.
The modality we use depends on where we are going and what is needed. The purpose is always to help you understand your own experience more deeply and bring what you discover into the way you live.
Where the Mystical and the Everyday Meet
You can explore star connections, past, parallel and future lives and multidimensional consciousness while also caring about your relationships, work, boundaries, confidence and the decisions sitting in front of you today.
They don't need to be separate worlds.
An Akashic experience may help you understand a pattern you have carried for years. A belief shift can change the way you respond to something tomorrow. Developing your intuition can help you recognise your own guidance more clearly. Exploring consciousness can completely change the way you understand yourself.
The interesting part isn't only what you discover. It's what changes because you discovered it.
